Sheer Violations of all Rules

If the man sitting on the front left of the tank falls , he would 90 % be dead.This happened in 15 Lancers in 1980s when an experienced JCO became mincemeat when he fell in front of the tank !

 

So much for SOPs in the Indo Pak Armies !
