I can't be 100% sure as of yet, but word round the internet seems to be that the Beat Crusaders are planning to disband after their next album.
I haven't found word of it from any reliable sources yet (unless you count Wikipedia, which you shouldn't) but it is looking likely.
On their OHP they have posted a video that apparently verifies that they are disbanding, here's the video:
