America accepted immigrants from Europe if

1-They were Anglo Saxons or West Europeans-First Priority
2-White including Latin Americans and Christian-Still good
3-Jewish and white-Third priority but OK
4-Chinese, Japanese Korean mostly Christian-Fourth level
5-Chinese , Japanese,Korean non Christian-Fifth priority
6-Mexicans,Mestizo,Mixed breeeds of miscellaneous models from central and south america despicable but acceptable
7-Blacks Christians ,more despicable but acceptable
8-Muslims , not liked , not trusted but acceptable for certain jobs as a showcase model

The West is racially biased and their civilisations basis is Christainity deformed into a pagan racist form ,more Pagan and pre Christian.

Colour is a major bias and if its a case of white or black being Christian is low priority , the way the Brits handled the Anglo Indians and low caste Indo Pak converts or Black African converts

I first visited USA in 1996 , had a multiple visa till 2002 and found a bias against Muslims and Pakistanis specially.

This is long before 9/11.

In 2004 an American in Kabul showed a letter that US citizens were not to visit any Pakistani or Muslims residence for lunch or dinner as they may be abducted.

More specfically the NATO and US are biased against Pashtuns as compared to Non Pashtuns.Pakistanis are regarded as extremely dangerous and untrustworthy while some Muslim nationalities like Turks and Lebanese were more preferred.

Indeed leading American and NATO advisors played a pivotal role in placing discriminatory tarriffs against Pakistani goods exported to Afghanistan.

Although there were few incidents of attacks on US/NATO supplies to Afghanistan via Pakistan till 2008, mysterious attacks started in 2008.Although these were few , they were used as justification to rely on the Central Asian route. In the background was a US/NATO theory that the Pashtuns who were in forefront of anti NATO Talibans were gaining most from transporting NATO supplies through Pakistan and these must be punished. Thus the major losers in NATOs shift in 2008 to Central Asia for supplies were Pakistans pashtun transporters.

Mysterious US and Euro South African security companies actually all intelligence set ups like Dyncorps SSSI , Blackwater gave preference in recruits to non Pashtun Afghans and most actually preferred Ismaili Hazaras who the Euro Americans see as good Muslims.

The balancing factor was USA/NATOs distrust of the Pakistani military who they never trusted even after Musharrafs so called U turn.

Much later we discovered that Musharraf did succeed in bluffing the US/NATO in Afghanistan. This indeed was the major reason why the PPP was brought alongwith the new faces in the Pakistani military.

History will decide how far Musharraf succeeded and how far he failed in his U turn or double U turn.

The Pakistani military became a casualty of the land mines that it had created while using Islam for short term arousal like a wonder drug. The resultant arousal was long term and the Islamists have the potential to take over Pakistan.

The Pashtuns were regarded as suspects and if there was a choice these companies preferred non Pashtuns.

Even in Pakistan the US companies prefer Khattak and Yusufzai Pashtuns over the FATA Pashtuns.

Leading international donor ADB refused to finance Afghanistan Pakistan railways project and instead financed Uzbek Afghan railway. All manipualted by G8 and US/NATO who see Central Asia as a chattel subsidiary of Christian Russia.

Indeed since demise of USSR Russians are viewed in more favourable light as Europe sees them as born again Christians.

I worked in Russia in 1995-96 and found them not biased against Muslims since the USSR was multi ethnic and religious.

Most Pakistanis who went to UK were from low income groups like the Mirpuris. They did well and naturally loyal to UK.

Their second and third generations were used by British intelligence to create the Islamist genie in Balkans and Afghanistan/Pakistan/Kashmir.Its very complicated.

Ireland has mostly doctors.Australia New Zealand has also mostly educated Pakistanis

USA had also the same low income group mostly Gujrat,Bhimbhar,AJK,Pindi,Jhelum and Mardan ,Charsadda and Peshawar.

Some doctors and lawyers also migrated to USA and distunguished themselves.

Canada has the largest number of educated Pakistani professionals mostly engineers lawyers doctors.

West Europe including Scandinavia,Germany,France,Italy,Spain is a Punjabi preserve with low income groups from Gujrat,Pindi Division,Central Punjab doing menial jobs.

Naturally these expatriates are loyal to their adopted country but many are highly patriotic.

At the same time they are a good target for foreign intelligence agencies as has been the case in UK and USA.

Their remittances have played a major role in Pakistans economy.

As a rule their is a bias against Muslims , even if you are a non practising Muslim.

Only a few preferred Pakistanis or Muslims who have absolutely sold their souls like Zalmay Khalil zad or Moin Qureshi may be trusted.

In Afghanistan such has been the mistrust that when I started business as manager of a security set up I was told that Americans and NATO only preferred Gurkha Guards because they were non Muslim .Eventually I ended up supplying Gurkha guards. The Afghans that we supplied were only used in outermost perimeters where they often died or suffered wounds in suicide attacks. The same is the case in Iraq.

In Afghanistan the Britishers and NATO/US preferred Hazaras of Ismaili sect and most security guards recruited were Ismaili Hazaras.

In 2002 a theory had been perfected that Shia Sunni conflict was USAs best bet but since then this theory has been disproved.Iran has shown more nerve and spine in even supporting Sunni states like Hamas and Sudan while Pakistan a sunni state has proved the most shameless.

Every Muslim in West in any responsible position spends his life in proving that he is loyal to West and still never goes beyond a certain rank or position.

To summarise :--

1-The West has deep racial and religious biases.

2-The West biases are pre 9/11 although 9/11 multiplied them.

3-The expatriates are distrusted by both their original countries and adopted countries.

4-The bias is more anti Muslim first , racial second and , at the third level anti Pashtun , anti Pakistani .

Their is no doubt that most who migrated were economic migrants . They did well , their children got more opportunities , but nothing glorious because a question mark will always remain on their loyalties. Its a complicated position difficult to analyse.

These are lost souls with confused identity , divided loyalties and regarded as third rate citizens in the countries they adopted as their father states.

9/11 was the turning point and the ultimate may be exodus .

the Gazette : Reita x DEAL DESIGN

Source Music Japan:
As of May 27th, the GazettE's Reita and DEAL DESIGN's Yamashita Satoshi will go into their third round on their collaboration brand "SNAKED LOWS". This time, the collaboration includes a three piece ring set in two patterns, namely "THREE CHORD RING~Gold Coating Model" and "THREE CHORD RING~K18Yellow Gold Model". And while the three rings are made to fit on one finger perfectly, everyone can still enjoy the many arrangement possibilities on different fingers as well.

The names that have been given to the rings have been chosen by Reita himself. The ring, which simply embodies the logo of the collaboration, is the ROGO RING. The slightly edgy golden ring is called BLIND SNAKE RING (There are two versions, one in 925 silver with a gold coating and one made of K18 gold) Eventually there is the HAMMERD RING, which is seems randomly hammered into shape, while sporting the brands core message.

So the rings will go on sale on Reita's Birthday, May 27th and wearing them for the next tour +ll probably have a great appeal.

WHY THE US ESTABLISHMENT HATED ZA BHUTTO-HIS SUCCESSORS PROVED PATHETIC

"We in the Third World are united by our common suffering and our common struggle against exploitation. Regardless of our political systems or our external outlook, we have the common mandate to extricate the world's majority from a throttling economic order. We need to develop a personality of our own. Let not this personality be torn by the schizophrenia, which is caused by the failure to reconcile short-term interests with long-term goals.

Let it not be confused by our inability to review the scope and area of mutual cooperation for our economic and social development. Let it not be enfeebled by the lack of the political will to exert our combined strength for changing a system that patently discriminates against the developing countries...

There exists a growing awareness in the Third World of its latent strength. The consciousness is unmistakable that the most significant issue of our times is the opening of opportunity to the majority of the human race. On this issue there is no division between the so-called aligned and the so-called non-aligned; there exists only the difference between the developed and the underdeveloped. To underline this difference is not to call for a global class war. It is to call for that redistribution of economic power, which alone can prevent unceasing strife and recurrent upheavals. It is to plead for the survival of the global community...The appropriate time has therefore arrived for Pakistan to set forth the basic considerations behind the call for the Third World Summit which will decisively consolidate the unit of the under privileged majority of mankind...The impoverished masses of the Third World are yearning for a new focal point of their collective will. They are seeking a new bastion of power to wage the crusade for man's final victory against inhumanity. This is the need of the hour; the priority of the poor. The conference that I envisage will have one and only one iron-clad criterion for inclusion: the nondeveloped and oppressed community of the Third World. Whether aligned or non-aligned, communist or non communist, white or yellow or black or brown, the nations of Asia, Africa and Latin America will join in this mission and become the harbinger of one world under one law for all humanity." (Bhutto 1976:5-11)

The Afghan National Army: A Force in Fragments

INTERNATIONAL CRISIS GROUP - NEW REPORT

The Afghan National Army: A Force in Fragments

Kabul/Brussels, 12 May 2010: Although the Afghan National Army could help stabilise the country, many challenges remain, including lack of leadership, low literacy, and poor logistics capabilities.
A Force in Fragments: Reconstituting the Afghan National Army,* the latest report from the International Crisis Group, examines the development of the Afghan national defence forces. The report assesses the corrosive effects of an arcane military bureaucracy, of ethnic factionalism and of corruption, and identifies measures to improve cohesion through legislative initiatives and the empowerment of government institutions.
"The army enjoys more popular support than many other state institutions, and its strategic role in stabilising Afghanistan should not be underestimated", says Candace Rondeaux, Crisis Group's Senior Analyst. "History has shown that failure to build a cohesive national army has often led to the diffusion of state force among disparate actors, hastening the collapse of governments in Kabul".
Since the ouster of the Taliban in 2001, the Afghan National Army has developed its operational capacity and increased its numbers under the international community's direction. The Afghan military has been promoted as the cornerstone of counterinsurgency in the country. Yet, there appears to be little agreement between the government of President Hamid Karzai and its international backers on what kind of army the country needs and how to build it. Ethnic frictions and political factionalism among high-level players in the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the general staff have also stunted the army's growth. As a result, the army is a fragmented force, serving disparate interests, and far from attaining the unified national character needed to confront numerous security threats.
Failure to develop a sustainable, comprehensive long-term defence posture could risk the army's disintegration after the withdrawal of international forces. The Afghan government as a whole must assume a more prominent role in shaping its defence doctrine and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of its armed forces, so that they are no longer perceived as serving NATO first and Afghanistan second.
Greater civilian control of and input into the Afghan military is imperative. The Afghan government must be encouraged to strengthen its Office of National Security Council (ONSC) and to forge more dynamic institutional links between its members, the defence ministry, and parliament. Failure to increase civilian input in shaping the army will heighten Afghanistan's historic dependence on external actors and make it a permanent pawn of regional and international power games.
As a necessary first step, parliament should pass the proposed law on ANA personnel, clarifying demarcation of authority between the defence minister and the army chief and rationalising rank and promotions. Enhancing the quality of military leadership depends greatly on well-defined lines of authority and a clear delineation of soldiers' and officers' rights and responsibilities.
"International support for the ANA must be targeted not just toward increasing the quantity of troops but enhancing the quality of the fighting force", says Samina Ahmed, Crisis Group's South Asia Project Director. "Developing the national army cannot be done on the cheap, but the price tag will be considerably higher without a broad national review of military policy".

A debate on Obama nuclear weapons policy

From: ProjectOnDefenseAlternatives

Subject: 10:04 PDA Bulletin - a debate on Obama nuclear weapons policy

A year ago in Prague President Obama confirmed an American "commitment to seek the peace and security of a world without nuclear weapons." This statement was applauded by many in the U.S. and around the world. Since that time the administration has been working on a Nuclear Posture Review (now overdue and expected within weeks) which many hope will provide insight into the Obama plans for a pathway from the current nuclear posture, to deep reductions in nuclear armaments (through treaties and other means) and to the eventual elimination of this class of weapons.

Paul Ingram on February 15th said, "...when a President gets up and makes a speech that contains within it commitments to a world free of nuclear weapons, proposing a number of initiatives, and looking forward to concrete commitments in the near term, it pays to be hopeful, but not gullible. And we have the first test of this hope in the very near future when the President comes to publish a version of his long awaited Nuclear Posture Review."

Some evidence regarding nuclear posture planning appeared with the budget on February 1st. On February 10th Greg Mello pointed out in a commentary in the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists that the budget request includes some of the largest increases in the history of warhead spending and will create new capacities that will allow production of new weapons in some years from now.

Martin Senn immediately added the concern that moves by the U.S. to connect theater missile defense systems (TMD) to advanced remote sensor capabilities will create serious strategic vulnerabilities for Russia and China when considering future reductions in numbers of strategic delivery systems.

On February 18th Todd Fine wrote, "...if the President fails to inspire others to adopt his 'vision' and work toward elimination concretely, he may miss a singular opportunity. If CTBT... is not ratified by the [NPT] conference in May, these [weapons complex] budget requests alone may devastate U.S. credibility. "

The above are from just four of the ten voices (to date) in an important new debate among disarmament advocates and nuclear policy experts collected on the Defense Strategy Review web page. You can find them all at:

http://www.comw. org/wordpress/ dsr/obama- nuclear-policy- a-debate

If you think this exchange is a useful contribution to making progress toward the elimination of nuclear weapons (or more simply, better national policy) please pass the link along to others who may be interested.

Excerpt:

Following the collapse of Soviet power, America's leaders set more ambitious goals for the U.S. military, despite its smaller size. This entailed requiring the armed services to sustain and extend their continuous global presence, improving their readiness and speed, increasing peacetime engagement activities, and preparing to conduct more types of missions quickly and in more areas. Recent U.S. strategy has looked beyond the traditional goals of defense and deterrence, seeking to use military power to actually prevent the emergence of threats and to "shape" the international environment. U.S. defense planners also elevated the importance of lesser and hypothetical threats, thus requiring the military to prepare for many more lower-probability contingencies.

"In Lean Times, Military Spending Still Gets a Pass"

Mark Thompson. Time Magazine, 24 February 2010.

http://www.time. com/time/ printout/ 0,8816,1967353, 00.html

Excerpt:

Let's repeat that: even without a superpower rival like the Soviet Union — with its arsenals of nuclear weapons, fleets of tanks and armadas of warships, all manned by 10-foot-tall Red Army troops — the U.S. is now spending more preparing for war against, well, who knows, than we spent readying to fight Moscow. And the Obama Administration has made it clear that defense spending is going to continue to increase, even as fiscal pressures — for bailouts, health care, infrastructure — inexorably mount.

As far as the eye can see, U.S. taxpayers will be spending one-third more to maintain the U.S. military than their parents and grandparents paid for the nation's Cold War force.

Posted: 28 May 2010 07:54 PM PDT

When we pointed out two weeks ago that Fergie was strapped for cash, we never anticipated the chaos that would happen next. The perpetually hapless Duchess of York was caught on video last week trying to sell access to former husband Prince Andrew. An intrepid undercover reporter from News of the World posed as a wealthy businessman and made a covert deal to meet the Duke, with Fergie reportedly taking $40,000 in cash before a total deal of $725,000 to make an introduction that would "open doors" for the reporter. After Fergie found out about the sting, she made a tearful apology for her "serious lapse in judgment" but, strangely enough, hasn't shied away from the spotlight. Her children's book is getting a higher run (which means more money in the flame-haired wheeler-and-dealer's pockets) and she's making a splashy appearance on Oprah this Tuesday. If there's no such thing as bad publicity, perhaps this is exactly what the desperate woman wanted all along? As for the other half of the scandal, Andrew, who supposedly knew nothing of his ex's plotting, has remained mum.

The Zionists are gunning for Hague already

Posted: 28 May 2010 06:53 PM PDT

He's two weeks into his new role as Foreign Secretary, but already the Zionists' guns are out to get William Hague. The editor of the Jewish Chronicle, Stephen Pollard, claims that "Hague is no friend of Israel"; his article, in which he lambasts Mr. Hague for condemning Israel's "disproportionate" use of force in the invasion of Lebanon in 2006, appears in the same issue of the JC in which the Foreign Secretary says his government "is committed to changing the law on universal jurisdiction". This would, of course, allow suspected war criminals like Tzipi Livni and other leading Israelis to enter Britain without fear of arrest for war crimes and possibly crimes against humanity.

Beijing suspects false flag attack on South Korean corvette

WMR's intelligence sources in Asia suspect that the March attack on the South Korean Navy anti-submarine warfare (ASW) corvette, the Cheonan, was a false flag attack designed to appear as coming from North Korea.

One of the main purposes for increasing tensions on the Korean peninsula was to apply pressure on Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama to reverse course on moving the U.S. Marine Corps base off Okinawa. Hatoyama has admitted that the tensions over the sinking of the Cheonan played a large part in his decision to allow the U.S. Marines to remain on Okinawa. Hatoyama's decision has resulted in a split in the ruling center-left coalition government, a development welcome in Washington, with Mizuho Fukushima, the Social Democratic Party leader threatening to bolt the coalition over the Okinawa reversal.

Killing Hostages–Financial Meltdown in Greece Israel's Warning to the Rest of the World

Posted: 28 May 2010 04:57 PM PDT

I'll say up front that I–like most folks trying to earn an honest living these days–am no financial wizard. All someone need do is look at my house, car, bank account and wallet and in a microsecond it becomes crystal clear that what I know about making money would fit in an empty Coca Cola can. Having long ago recognized the wisdom in that old saying concerning the love of money being the root of all evil, words such as derivatives, junk bonds, selling short, credit-default swaps and the rest are all "Greek" to me, as the old saying goes.
