Versailles new look + New Single

I llike there new look:)...and the look of the new member:)

They also gonna release a new single entitled: DESTINY-The Lovers- on the 27th of october. The single comes in a limited A and a limited B type and a regular edition. All three types will consist of the 3 songs but the limited A type will also contain a Dvd with lives from there last world tour. The limited edition of the B type will contain the PV for the title track. The regular edition the 3 songs. The tracklist will be revealed later.

wow! This look looks quite sad and even a little bit scary! It's nice to see that Kamijo looks like he did in LAREINE, and Hizaki with those blue lenses looks just stunningly beautiful.

Edoh & Versailles London 2010

Before gig photo~

Got there around 3-4pm? and saw the queue was actually still reletively shorter than usual (several people after the NEXT shop door). Went to see people at the front who queued overnight and early in the morning to get awesome polish pancakes.

The doors opened around 30mins after 7:00, and everyone shuffled in. Thing I like about summer gigs is that you don't need to use the cloakrooms for coats as its still warm during the night. Stood around for a while (an hour and a half?) until it started.

Anyways, for the first time in my life I went up on the balcony to watch the gig, and luckily got a little space at the front and I noticed this:

Is the balcony purely for really still standing staring?

Not many people... actually... Well okay, they just stood there apart from the excited lady fan next to me. Is it that the balcony is the holy area for pure standing and watching... or is it just because you guys don't even know the songs?

Either way, it's fine. I prefer being on the floor because I'm a violent asian, but I wouldn't have known that if I didn't go up there in the first place. I'd advise everyone to at least try it once.

PROS OF THE GOOD OL' BALC
-Awesome view of the WHOLE. Yes, WHOLE stage and you can see all the members. Up to the sweaty lace nibble showing shirt Mr.Kamijo donned when he took off his jacket.

-You don't get as much damp skin to skin fan contact.

-Won't get smashed in the face by flailing arms and foreheads.

CONS OF THE BALC:
-This time the Versailles crew didn't pay much attenttion to higher grounds. 0 end of show items thrown up. I can count the amount of times each member looked up. (K=2, H=3, T=0, Y=1 Support=0)

-People don't have the groove.

-you have to be early to get a good space.

Kamijo got it on the with the Union Jack. Why didn't people give him the English flag?

Anyways, taking about seeing everything, did folks notice Hizaki fell backwards when he had his leg on the amp? He struggles back up in the sitting posistion and tried to carry on playing. Kamijo and staff tried to get him back up and he was looking very weak and faint. I checked the reactions of the fans next to me and saw them laughing and shrieking... what the hell are wrong with you? I'm not a massive fan but was still geniunely worried about him. At least he didn't pass out when he decided to skip over to the railings to the fans o_o.

I suppose it's not surprising if we struggle to be in a T-shirt while they were under the spotlight with the 29174192361936x layers of clothing.

After a break he was still stumbling about on stage. Oh, he broke one of his white guitars as well so he has to switch to his pink one after as a staff tried to fix it.

Still on the topic on members, I am seriously impressed with Masashi the support member. He was humble, played his roles, joined in on the silly twirls with the band. I understand he is support and not part of the band, but I felt sad when he was not introduced at the beginning and left at the end without a bow with the rest of them. At least he seemed to get along with yuki who was smiling throughout the show. Mighty kudos to you Masashi. Keep up the good work

Something else I noticed was the level of screaming at the gig. Good good it felt WAY louder than it usually is! o_o I went back home with a really bad ringing in the ears~
