Flumpool : Kimi ni todoke Covers
Source MusicJapan+
On September 29th flumpool will be releasing their new single "Kimi ni Todoke", for the movie of the same title. On August 15th they have also performed at the "Odaiba Kashukoku 2010 (lit. "The UNITED STATES OF ODAIBA 2010") Mezamashi Live" for the very first time, where they also announced a change of the CD Jacket of the record. The "shocking cover photos" which was taken at the moment of exploding emotions had previously been a topic. They were described as "too much of an impact", "too aggressive" or even "hard to buy". With that in mind though, they still wanted to bring the message across.
"While staying true to the emotions expressed and with regard to the concept, we changed it from 'the moment of exploding emotions' to 'three seconds before the moment of exploding emotions.'"
On the official site the different versions can be seen now.
Also, what meaning sat behind the expressions on the cover pictures, will be revealed in the music video in the following days. So don't take your eye from the "things they would like you to receive".
