In April, BUMP OF CHICKEN had been releasing their two consecutive single "HAPPY" and "Maho no Ryouri ~Kimi kara Kimi e~", which both ranked at the top position within the ORICON weekly ranking. Now the band has announced the next single "Uchu Hikoshi e no Tegami / Motor cycle" which is scheduled for release on October 13th.
The song "Uchu Hikoshi e no Tegami" is an emotional track with the fleeting beautiful and fantastic reality of Fujiwara Motoo's world of lyrics. "Motor cycle" on the other hand, describes the many emotion of the average day, life and death, moral and more...making it an outstanding, cut edge radical and cynical topic.
The record will also be the very first single which will include three tracks altogether and therefore will also hold the song "good friends". The single as much as the up-coming long anticipated first album in three years will certainly raise the expectations.
