Shay Carl Invades Lollapalooza

Not your usual Shaytards video! In case you didn't already know, Lollapolooza is happening right now (if you're reading this later, um, I guess you missed out) and Shay Carl, Charles and Alli from CTFxC, and even KassemG are all backstage watching the bands perform (Kassem is wearing an odd tank top which I think almost got him arrested). If you want to see what it's like up close and personal to the stage area, watch this. Just try to avoid the punch-happy security guys (or who I like to call Fisty, Stabby and Punchy). "Who's that other guy with the beard?" you're asking? That's Shay's brother Casey who also has a channel on Youtube (caseylavere) so take a look at his channel too. Somewhere in this crowd is Lisa Nova (I think that might be Lisa at 9:30 putting on the glasses) although she made a pre-Lollapolooza video: LollapaLISA!).

Lollapolooza is going on from August 5th to the 7th and they are streaming it live on Youtube at the following: Lollapalooza on Youtube, so go check it. Below is a listing showing what bands will be playing, so check them out.

Ask Lisa Nova? Her New Weekly Vlog

It looks like LisaNova is incorporating something new to her video making, which is a weekly "Ask Lisa" segment. Several other prominent youtubers already do this, so it's good to see Lisa jumping on the bandwagon.

There are others who have been doing this for a while now (iJustine, Shane Dawson) and I'm wondering if this is going to be a thing? Not a Wheezy Waiter kind of thing, but if more and more of the bigger youtubers are going to add this sort of interaction with their viewers. I think iJustine does it best, but more contact with the audience is always good.

One thing I noticed was that she mentioned the segment that's on theStation2's channel, which is their weekly "The Station Is Watching You" hosted by Joe Felice, so it is good to see some support there.

What is your opinion on Lisa doing a weekly vlog? Or do you want more "Hot Girls" with her and KassemG?

Newsflash! Nalts Is Stalking iJustine! (Get In Line Buddy)

It looks like Uncle Nalts is stalking my secret Internet girlfriend iJustine in his latest video. Like the title says, get in line, Nalts!

LOL, at Nalts' kid with the phone call "It's a collect call from desperation!" Just in case you missed it, iJustine was just in an episode of the television series Criminal Minds as the part with IJ running through the corn field is from that episode (called Middle Man) that aired November 3rd. You can also see my post on Bradshaw's Blog about her appearance: Criminal Minds With iJustine (airs November 3rd).

Also loved that Nalts was thinking of Lisa Nova as an alternative for his romp though the corn field.

Lisa Nova Does Cosmo Video Shoot For Their Fun Fearless Female Campaign

Lisa Nova just uploaded her 200th video on YouTube and it is all about her being featured in Cosmo's Fun Fearless female campaign.

Lisa looks great (as always) in this video as we get to see some behind the scenes stuff at her video shoot and the launch party. Also, it was cool seeing Jordan Sparks outside the Cosmo building as they flashed Lisa's beeming face to the population of NYC.

If you want to apply for the campaign youself, check it out at cosmofff.com.

Katy Perry Interviewed By Lisa Nova

Lovely Katy Perry gets interviewed by Lisa Nova for about half an hour the other day and Perry was asked questions submitted by YouTubers that were voted on by YouTubers. Both looked great for the interview as Perry wore a purple wig and Nova was her usual hot self.

Of course, the expected questions were there, such as if she "had really kissed a girl?" and whether she and Russell "planned on having children." There were over 400K votes cast on which questions Lisa would ask Katy and over 20,000 text and video questions submitted.

You can find more about Perry on her YouTube channel, KatyPerryMusic which has 18 videos uploaded and 135413 subs with over 92 million views.

Below you will find a behind-the-scenes video of Lisa preparing for the interview that's on her own channel, LisaNova.
