Tobuscus And iJustine Are Dating?! Dispelling The Rumors

"Intro of darkness, then redness, then whiteness! What?! Audience? What are you doing staring at ijustine?"

No, that's not how this latest video from Toby Turner (aka Tobuscus) could have started but it may as well have. Recently Toby and iJustine have been seen together in several of each other's videos and that of course set tongues wagging and sent the Youtube rumor mill into a frenzy: "Have you heard that iJustine is seeing Tobuscus?" and "Toby Turner is dating IJ?!", so they made the video below, with their little Youtube love child:



Yeah, THAT'S going to dispel the rumors lol. iJustine and Toby went shopping for babies? When Toby was vlogging he mentioned that she had vlogged "the same thing" just before he did, so if IJ does post her version of the parking lot baby fiasco I will post it on here as well so we can get her story. But I think this will be the end of it. After all IJ is my secret Internet girlfriend (so secret she doesn't even know about it) but we won't see them together again in another video for a while.

Or will we?



GOOD GOD! There's Tobuscus again, watching the Super Bowl with iJustine, LinzLoves, Philip DeFranco, Matty and some other dude that I didn't recognise.

Phil got the eventual winner correct, although I was rooting for the Steelers myself. My last name is BRADSHAW as in Terry Bradshaw (great Steelers QB from the 1970s). Always gotta go with Pittsburgh otherwise Uncle Terry will be giving me the stink eye over the potato salad at our next family reunion. Liked Matty's answer when asked who would win (Cowboys).

So there is no way to tell if they are actually dating or not, although I think they are just friends, Youtube buddies, enjoying each other's company. So all you fanboys and girls, relax. Besides even if they were seeing each other socially it would be NONYA (none of your dang business).

And unfortunately it looks like the Packers ended up beating Pittsburgh in the Super Bowl, but my support for the Steelers remains undiminished. Steelers in 2012!

Kayne's Offering A Bit Too Much Exposure On MySpace: Phil DeFranco

Phil DeFranco's pimpin' Kanye penis shots? Ah, that would be no. Apparently Kanye West has a little pervy side. He's laying down a vibe with a sweet young thing on MySpace and then BAM! She gets a picture of his lil Kanye. For her very own.



First off, there's the "eeww" factor of a celeb flashing his tallywacker at young fans (no word whether she was under age, but still uber-creepy) but the thing is, West had done this more once. Or twice. Kanye's little buddy have been photographed more than Paris Hilton stumbling out of the latest hotspot. Pictures of the rapper's johnson are all over the place but no one wants to buy the pictures lol. There's a glut of photos and the price people are willing to buy them (who would want one?) is dropping faster than Kanye's credibility - or his pants for that matter.

And here's Phil's Vloggity. It looks like Operation: Lose An Olsen Twin is off the boards and he's going to try something else. In case you haven't been following Phil's story, he has to watch his weight and try to keep on the healthy side because of the condition he inherited called polycystic kidney disease. He is currently at about 236 and wants to try to get down to about 216. He lost about 15 pounds recently (and you can see it), but give him some support as he tries to get past this hurtle.

Phil DeFranco Discusses The Merits Of Inez Sainz's Booty & Saudi Arms Deals

I don't care what you say, Phil DeFranco aka Phil DeFranco is one funny dude. He talks about the awesomeness that is Inez Sainz's hindquarters and then changes gears and talks about the latest U.S. arms deal to Saudi Arabia and generates laughs all the way through.

Also, the problem of "Old People Bangin'" kicks off the latest PDS and it's almost a public service announcement to tell the oldsters to wrap that thing up! There's an huge increase in the viagra-set for STDs and I dunno if it's all viagra's fault. It could be that older folks just aren't as smart as we give them credit for - or it could be the old story of blood flow being diverted from the brain to "other areas" when people get sexually aroused. "What would Jesus do?" Lol.

And of course a bunch of Heidi Montage pictures. I don't care one whit about Heidi Montage as an actress, but I do have to agree with Phil on this one, even if she's "surgically enhanced" like most guys I can't tear my eyes away.

Mediocrefilms Strikes Back Re: Making In Excess Of $100,000 On YouTube

Another youtuber forced to respond to that article that came out a few days ago. Looks like Greg, aka mediocrefilms, is a little hot under the collar about it as well as PhillyD. To see the post where I mention the article see Article Out Says 10 YouTube Stars Making $100,000 A Year and to Phil DeFranco's response video is included in that Bradshaw's Blog post.

I agree 100 percent with Greg & Phil on this topic. It's really none of our business what they earn by posting videos on YouTube and elsewhere, just as it's not your business what your neighbor makes as an accountant or as a factory worker. The only reason this is even up for discussion is that it seems that some people on YouTube are making a boatload of money and they are somewhat in the public eye (ie: they have YouTube fame).

There is always a prurient interest in knowing what some people are pulling down and I'm guilty of that too. It does make me think "hmmm, if That guy makes so much money doing this, maybe I should be doing it too". We don't need to know what youtubers - top ones like Shane Dawson or Phil DeFranco and those further down the ranks - are making each year and hopefully your enjoyment of their videos isn't defined by what's in their wallets. That only breeds resentment. Yes, some people are making a living doing the YouTube thing, but many, many others are not.

Rather than dwelling on what some very successful people are earning, perhaps what you should be doing is redoubling your own efforts to produce good quality content on YouTube or whereever it is that you are, and push the successful ones to either keep on making good stuff or force them to fall by the wayside. The top people in any field are usually there for a good reason - they produce good results. If you aren't there yet yourself, maybe something like this will push you a little harder to get there.

But back to Greg's rant - yes, he is entirely correct. Obviously I am not privy to what people other than myself earn from YouTube (no, I'm not a partner yet, but maybe someday...) and from the articles I've read and comments on Phil's video and watching this one etc., it seems the writer was a little lax in his research. Some are making money from their channels, but if you are planning on stating categorically what some of these people are making, one of the first rules of journalism is to confirm your facts and then re-confirm. From what Greg & Phil say in their videos, it doesn't appear that the writer even asked if the figures he had were even in the ballpark.

Phil DeFranco Spotlights JoeNationtv, Wheezywaiter & lacigreen

Philip DeFranco has decided to throw the spotlight on three youtubers who haven't garnered quite the support they should in a new Saturday segment of his show. Glad to see it. I like it when larger youtubers (not weight joke Phil) give their support to some of the up and coming youtubers (not a sex joke lacigreen).

I am already subbed to joenationtv and wheezywaiter but I haven't heard of lacigreen so I'll check her out too.

Shane Dawson has included Joe in some of his videos and so I checked out his channel at that time and had to watch all his videos. Somehow this one got missed or I would have featured it here.



If you are a fan of Craig aka Wheezywaiter, then no introduction is needed, but if not, you need to sub to him. Wheezy is one of my personal favorite youtubers and I subbed to him way back when he had only 3,000 subs. Today he's got 163,000 and cranks out good stuff almost all week. Once you get a taste for Wheezy's humor, you just keep coming back for more. I've watched just about everything he's put out even on his 2nd channel wheezynews.



And of course, DeFranco has to include a hot chick in any list and I just checked out lacigreen's channel. LOT'S of sex talk! It seems she's a sex ed teacher - never had a teacher look like that. Our Sex Ed teacher was the gym teacher. Yeah, Mr King of the stinky running shoes. Looking at the lacigreen channel, she has a respectable 63K subs and quite a number of videos. Check her out.

Phil DeFranco Gets Naked With Brittani Louise Taylor!

No he doesn't, ya pervs. Phil DeFranco is just hanging out with another highly rated youtuber, the lovely Brittani Louise Taylor at the start of today's Vloggity. It's aways interesting how all the people making videos for YouTube seem to know one another and appear in each other's vlogs. All I can say is run, Brittani, run! I kid because I can (I have a blog so I can say just about anything I want, nayner nayner).

If you are subbed to Phil (and if not why not) then you know he is trying to become a svelt, lean, mean vloggin' machine and trying to drop quite a bit of weight. He calls this: "Operation Lose An Olsen Twin" and so far he has lost 8 pounds, which is pretty good. Phil is a large dude (over 6 feet tall) and was weighing in at 245 pounds. His goal is to shrink himself to about 185 which is a good weight for someone his height.

Phil also bought one of those P90X course, tried it and vlogged about his results. He couldn't do several of the exercises fully because he didn't have some of the equipment that he needs (pushup bars) and hasn't had a chance to install the chin-up (or pull-up as some call it) bar.

On a personal note, I am alway trying to drop some weight, but not to Phil's extent. I a mere 5 foot 8 inches tall and a shade over 200 pounds (don't call me fatty, ...sniff) but I am a little more solid as I've done weight lifting for quite a few years off and on. What I'm doing on my own exercise front is cycling - 1-2 hours a day, and I just started running a mile each morning as I plan on entering the local Terry Fox 5K this September 19th.

"But what about Phil DeFranco getting nekked?" I hear you asking. He doesn't get undressed and flash little PhillyD, he shows a picture of himself from several years ago where he is showing off his mid-section. Best of luck Phil. I think he'll do it.

New Channel By LinzLoves

Here is the first video by LinzLoves. She explains what her plans are for the channel and is asking for suggestions and ideas. She already has 15,701 subscribers! Linz is the girlfriend of Phil DeFranco, one of the top Youtubers (his main channel is sxephil which has well over a million subscribers).

Phil put a link to Linz' new channel and a bunch of his subs quickly spotted it and subbed - myself included. Although a lot of her subs are curtesy of Phil, mostly out of curiousity, Linz has been on Youtube before and has been seen in the background of several of DeFranco's videos, and many youtubers have wondered who the heck is the hottie Phil's so smitten with. I've seen several videos where Phil and Linz go to a social event filmed by other famous youtubers like Shay Carl or ijustine and you see glimpses of the elusive Linz but never really get a chance to get her on camera TALKING.

That is what this channel will likely be about - as she mentions in the video above. She also mentioned that she had set a personal blog at LinzLoves.com and I'll provide some link love by adding it to the blogs I follow on the sidebar (down, down the right side... keep scrolling til you find them). Her blog will primarily be her opinions about what she thinks about products or experiences she should try and then let readers know what's worth checking into. She suggested one idea of her enrolling at a trapese school which should prove interesting to see. And she promises a video with another of my favorite youtubers, Olga Kay (did you know that Olga has the Internet by the balls?).

I'm looking forward to seeing what Linz brings to the table. She does seem able to speak in front of a camera in a coherent manner without too many ums and uhs and is obviously attractive (always a plus).

Must admit I saw her new video in my dashboard and thought for a split second "Who is this pretty girl I subbed to?" and then realized it was the long anticipated first video and quickly clicked to watch. It does seem to me that most of what she will show will be more targeted to the female audience of Youtube, but that does kinda work like a yin/yang with Phil's style which I think is more for a guy's tastes (boobs - we like'm). She's got that first video under her belt so I'll give her a chance and wish her much success.

Old Spice Man Responds To PhillyD, Alyssa Milano & Others

lololol at these video responses from the New Old Spice Man to various celebs. Phil DeFranco had tweeted that "The New Old Spice ad is cracking me up" and got the response back in video form from the half-nekked dude. Honestly very funny and effective form of advertising to incorporate responses like this.

Not only did PhillyD get one, but the luscious Alyssa Milano, Justine Bateman and others were also given some Old Spice love from the company. Here's Alyssa's video:

He also replied to Perez Hilton, Kevin Rose (internet guru, if you don't know him), Olympic skater Apolo Ohno and actress Justine Bateman. I must admit to something of a hetero man-crush on the guy for doing this. Sheer genius.

CTFxC & Phil DeFranco Break Into The Penthouse!

Some more VidCon stuff with CTFxC roaming around the hotel with Phil DeFranco and his girlfriend Linz. They somehow get into one of the penthouses at the Hyatt Regency and do exactly what you would do - check out the fridge (beer!) and Alli decides to jump into the luxurious bed.

Lots of cool youtubers all through this video, besides Charles Trippy and Alli, there's sxephil, and a cameo by Joe Felice, Michael Buckley (aka WHATTHEBUCK) among others.
