The variety show [笑っていいとも！/Waratte ii tomo!] has been airing for more than 25 years straight during the noon time since 1982. From Monday to Friday the program is a regular, bringing some color to the week days.
And during this regular program, Visual-kei band "BREAKERZ"'s DAIGO is also appearing! Every week on Wednesdays, even if there are lives the same day, he is a guest at [Waratte ii tomo] as part of the cast, making it a corner no fan should miss.
Within the program there is a certain category, which simply asks [Do you really know the meaning of these worldly words?]
For example: [What is Black Thunder?]
As the question for this certain product is stated, the participants in the show have to describe, what they think the thing is, just by the name of it..
And although in reality [Black Thunder] is a popular sort of candy among kids, DAIGO's answer had been: [A Visual-kei band!]
Being influenced by BREAKERZ for sure, the DAIGO's illustration showed a 3-people Visual-kei band and there will also be songs for it.
Until now, eight songs have been finished and in May 2010 the new album will be released. With these eight new songs and a special version of another song, there will be nine songs total. However, those 9 song only add up to an over all length of 11 minutes. Yet, with a price of only 1000Yen for the record, it is something lots of people can enjoy, probably.
Will we be able to see DAIGO in a different form from his BREAKERZ's self?
