Raymond Davis-How to Resolve the Issue

Much is being discussed about whether Raymond Davis enjoys diplomatic immunity or not !
If Davis is still behind the bars it is not because Pakistani state believes in supremacy of law but because it fears public opinion !
We all know that Pakistani state is a vassal and chattel of USA.
The crux of the issue is to compensate the families of the three Pakistanis who lost their lives.
What would the families gain if Davis is hanged to death ? Poverty and deprivation will still be their fate as is the case with Pakistans 90 % population !
The Pakistani elite will remain what it has always been ! The best prostitute of USA !
A provision of blood money and out of court settlement exists in Pakstani law .
Anything in between 5 to 10 Million US Dollars per person should be a reasonable figure.
Islam as a religion recognises the importance of economics and the aggrieved families , have a life to live.
This is how this seemingly complicated matter can be solved simply !
The likes of Shah Mahmood Qureshi,Gillani and all Pakistani politcians and generals are little more than subsidiary vassals and tactical garbage collectors of foreign powers all along since 1757 !
