Philip DeFranco's Take On The London Riots

Kinda says it all in a nice, neat package. This is a good video by Philip DeFranco where he describes what is currently going on in London, England and cities. In case you don't know, a man was shot and killed by London police (see the First Night of rioting which gives some info about Mark Duggan).


Watching what Phil says about the rioting I was taken by the fact that he was talking about something important that needed to be said and viewed by members of his audience. Where others are posting videos about "awesome mullets", DeFranco is shedding some light on something that matters and making people aware of what is going on in the world. Don't get me wrong - I did watch (and laughed at) the video RWJ posted about the Mullet Guy, but that's the difference between what they do. Ray is cheap laughs and Phil does informative stuff. Sure DeFranco has videos featuring dumb people doing dumb things and hot girls (yes, thank you, may I have another) but he includes information like this which is actually important.

News reports of the rioting which has lasted three long days. Apparently a man was killed.

CTFxC's Behind The Scenes At VidCon

Here's a little of the VidCon experience through the lens of Charles Trippy's CTFxC as he and Alli take in the fun in L.A. It's always cool seeing all the various Youtubers floating around in the background in these gatherings. I spotted Philip DeFranco leading that game of Ninja and of course Shay Carl getting his beard handed to him in the basketball game with Charles and iJustine yawning as they were preparing to go on stage.

I liked how Shay's various tardlets wandered into the room first thing in the morning. During the trip through the kitchen I noticed IJ was filming in this video as well as the Shaytards' video so I'll keep an eye out for that one.



It was funny when Charles was pointing out where last year's VidCon took place and there was a party "down there" and the "Chubby Bunny Challenge" (see: The Chubby Bunny Challenge: Enter At Own Risk from last year).

If you didn't get a chance to go to Los Angeles you can still see some of what has been posted on the official VidCon channel (I saw Charlieissocoollike drop his pants when I stopped by earlier and there's lots of music. I will be watching for VidCon videos from others that will be posted in the days ahead.

Phil DeFranco And LinzLoves And Their Trip Through Italy

If you are subscribed to Philip DeFranco on one of his channels on Youtube you may have noticed that he was taking a couple of weeks off to travel over to Europe with his lovely girlfriend LinzLoves. They spent some time in Itlay, specifically Rome and then in Venice and Florence before heading over to Amsterdam.

Most of the videos of what they saw and did were posted on Linz' Youtube channel (link given above) and you might want to subscribe to her's for more of her videos of her trips to Rome and London prior to this one she made with Phil.

This first video is of them in Venice. I have not had the chance to see Europe, so if you have not been there yet yourself, here's a good chance to see some of the sights.



After Venice they went over to Florence which is one of the old cities of Italy (I know they are all old cities, but I mean compared to the US and Canada).



A little bit more of the sightseeing in Florence, some museums etc.



This was towards the end of the Italy leg of their trip. Nice mask Phil lol. It does look like that wine festival would be an interesting stop.



Finally, they are about to leave Italy and head over to Amsterdam. It seems like they are having a great time all through this trip. In case you are wondering, they spent most of their evenings at hostels rather than expensive hotels. It looks like the sort of trip most of us would love to take. A beautiful girl, good food and terrific scenery. I'm envious as hell Phil lol.



And after they had returned to the United States, Phil posted this video of their trip, teasingly entitled "Secret Venice Proposal". If you read many of the comments on these videos, a lot of viewers were yelling and proding Phil to "Marry that girl Phil!" and comments like that. Many did seem to think that they thought that Phil might propose to Linz or something, but that of course is their own business. Who knows, maybe he proposed before they went, or maybe he did over there. Or not. Not really any of my business or your's. It seems like what they were doing was taking some time off and getting some time away together which is always important. Anyway, here's some more of their time in Venice.

Phil's Away, So Lets Have A Pillow Fight!

Right now PhilipDeFranco is relaxing in Europe, enjoyed a much needed vacation so he filmed the following video before he left.

PHIL NEEDS MORE VACATIONS! Who's with me on that? Sorry to the ladies who don't like this sort of video, but sometimes I think Phil is a freakin' genious lol. I can almost see the brain storming sessions "What do we do to keep the people in the DeFranco Nation entertained while Phil is away?" "I know, hot girls hitting each other with pillows!" Then every guy there is like, "I wanna film it!"



I don't know who the dark-haired girl is, but she looks like she would be a lot of fun. And the poor bald guy "I'm allergic to feathers", but a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do. We all suffer for our art dude.

Yes, Phil has transformed himself into a super-hot girl. I know it's untrue because if he could do that, he would never leave the house lol. And unfortunately, the transformation effect will likely wear off by the time Phil is scheduled to come back from vacation.

Details Photoshoot Video With Vanessa Hudgens

It seems to that Vanessa Hudgens is appearing in more and more photoshoots lately and I had to include this one. To be honest, I was watching Philip DeFranco's latest video (shown below) and he mentioned that Hudgens was photographed for Details magazine and blah, blah, blah, you're already watch the video aren't you?



So a tip of the hat to Phil for pointing this out. Phil will be out of the country for a couple of weeks taking a much deserved (even though he doesn't think so) vacation over in Europe.

In the video below, Phil lets us know about the controversy about Tom Cruise using members of the scientology to work for him on the cheap, as well as the story about Vanessa Hudgens.



Finally, Phil gives us his impressions about the revolution in Egypt that toppled Hosni Mubarak today as the Egyptian people forced him to resign. I've been following that story closely and like many was surprised that it took the sudden turn that it did today. What does the future hold for Egypt? Right now, no one knows, but hopefully democracy will take root and florish.

And because he will be relaxing for a while, he left the interns in charge, but also filmed some videos for next week. All I saw was scantily-clad beautiful women with pillows. My interest is peaked.

Charles Trippy And Alli, Wheezy Waiter And Phil DeFranco Bust A Move

It looks like it is Game ON for Charles Trippy and Alli (CTFxC) as they are now in an epic dance off with Wheezy Waiter and Philip DeFranco. They have been challenged by the good folks at Ubisoft who brought us Just Dance 2 and here they are bustin' moves left, right and center:



Have to admit, I am glad Charles declined wearing the little green shorty shorts. Alli looks SO much better in them. Gotta give Charles props for his mad dancing skills. I don't think I've ever seen him dance in any of his videos (actually Alli mentions she doesn't think she has ever seen him dance before either).

But now on to Wheezy. He of course enlists the aid of one of his multitude of Wheezy clones. I think Wheezy may have the moves of Bristol Palin.



And here's Philip DeFranco's entry which features the scrumptious Tricia Helfer, formerly of Battlestar Gallactica and now a part of so many other things such as the video below. I was so busy watching Tricia shaking her booty that it took me a while to notice the "special effects" going with Phil's face lol. Gotta say Tricia looked GOOOD. A Very pretty woman.

Phil DeFranco Finds His Own Glitch In The Matrix

I had to share this video of PhilipDeFranco mentioning that he might do a college tour. As he was talking about it I was thinking "just like a Youtube gathering" and he said just like a meet and greet. That's actually pretty cool. PhillyD ~ coming to the quad. If I was at college I would probably go see him. Anyway, check out the video below:



I found it interesting when he was talking about how shy he was as a child to even speaking with other people and he would "go into shut down mode." I can SO relate to that. I still have that problem when meeting new people I usually keep very quiet myself and try to fade into the background. After I get to know them, I can interact like a normal person, but I do understand what Phil's talking about here.

LOL, that was so out of left field. But then he goes back into his fear of talking and how by doing these vlogs he feels that he has been able to overcome that fear to a certain extent. It's his own personal "glitch in the Matrix." He "found a loophole where he can talk to himself."

It sort of makes me wonder if it would work for me too. I've been considering making vlogs on Youtube for a while now, but I've been a little nervous about doing it. I know I can string together some coherent phrases, but would it play in YoutubeLand? Maybe I should try. I opened my Youtube account because I wanted to see Phil's videos so maybe use him as an example to get me actually doing videos... okay, that was somewhat cathartic lol. I'm better now. Let's get back to Phil's video.

Phil's heading off to Rome at the end of the week. I'm wondering if he and his girlfriend LinzLoves are going. She did a series of vlogs about her trip to Rome recently. I just checked and I didn't post anything on here about that like I had planned, but check out her channel at the link above.

Phil DeFranco Decusses The Super Bowl And Kim Kardashian's Sublime Buttocks

After watching that last video on his vlog channel, in my Youtube inbox was the "Philip DeFranco Show". This was the first video since the middle of last week although as Phil mentions, his editor Matty triumphantly filled in for him. One thing I'm glad Matt didn't say at the end of the vlog he did was they we were "Matted in" which would have sounded wrong on many levels. In this one, Phil discusses the Super Bowl and all the hoopla (yes, there was hoopla) with the commercials, the halftime show etc.



We do get a chance to see the spherical wonders that make up the booty of Kim Kardashian as she appeared in some shoe commercial. Yes, Kim's bottom is one of a kind (well, two of a kind if you think about it). Being Canadian, we don't get to see the same commercials as those south of the border so I didn't see the guest appearance of the rump that walks like a Kardashian. In Canada we get ads for bikes on sale at Canadian Tire and news about the latest Bagel Belts at Tim Hortons (Yeeeaaaa).

I did hear about the sale of The Huffington Post to AOL which is an interesting turn. AOL rears it's ugly snout once more. As a blogger, seeing the money being shovelled in the direction of Arianna Huffington I do want to write more. Maybe I can turn this lamea$$ blog into the next HuffPo? Doubtful, but dare to dream.

Some what do you take away from these two videos besides Kim Kardashian's tukus? Phil might be doing a college tour which is interesting. He's also giving away some of those posters - if you want to enter the contest, you will have to go to Youtube, like, favorite and comment on the 2nd video.

Shay Carl Pledges To Lose 40 Pounds By March 5th

I was just watching the video below from the Shaytards and it looks like Shay Carl is going to try to shed a little bit of his excess Shay:



For those of us who are longtime viewers of the Shaytards, we know Shay has been trying over the years to drop some tonnage (and even started a channel back in early November 2009 called ShayLoss) it has been difficult for the big guy. According to what he said in the vlog he hopes to lose 40 pounds by his 31st birthday (it's already almost Shay's birthday again?) which is March 5th.

Shay is actually very active for a heavier dude as you can tell by his Shaytards vlogs and always doing healthy stuff with Mommytard and the tardlets. His problem, like most of us is that he likes food a lot.

I for one knew he was planning something along these lines because I follow him on Twitter (follow him here: @shaycarl). He has been tweeting with @phillyd (Philip DeFranco) and others about working out and stuff. Phil is also trying to drop some weight and it looks like it is Game On between Shay, Phil and some others. If you want to try to lose a handle here or there or just offer support to them, let them know (either on Twitter or on their videos).

And here's the video where Phil DeFranco Challenges Shay to lose weight over the next 30 days, starting on January 31st. The stakes are that whomever loses the least has to pay $2,000 to the other's charity of choice. Solid wager there. Phil said in the video that he wants to lose about 15 pounds, but if you watched the Shaytards' video Shay said he could probably lose 15 pounds in just a few days. I think Phil may lose this one, but still, the winner will be whichever charity ends up getting the moola. It will be interesting to watch them battle it out.

TheWillofDC: Discusses The CES Youtube Superstar Panel

If you are not familiar with TheWillofDC, he does a Youtube show where he lists the "Winners and Losers" each week on the Top 100 (and was involved at VidCon 2010). In this video he talks about an article he wrote for tubefilter an online video news source. Will provided them with some articles in 2010 and they gave him a pass to the CES Conference happening now in Las Vegas where they unveil new tech stuff. What Will covered for tubefilter was the "Youtube Superstar Panel" which comprised Philip DeFranco, iJustine, Joe Penna (that would be MysteryGuitarMan to you and me) and Freddie Wong. All are highly successful youtubers who I gush about on this blog from time to time. Will goes through his article about the panel in the video below:



I had noticed that several of the youtubers I stalk, follow, had made the trek over to Vegas (although I thought Phil had gone to Vegas with his guys to set his editor Matty up with hot babes: PhillyD Pimps Out Matty) and I was watching iJustine in Vegas and her sister itsmejennae doing the whole Vegas thing (I think Jenna may have a slight gambling problem). But like I said, I didn't know they were going to do a panel or anything. Watch Will's video as what they said in the panel about connecting with your audience on Youtube, scheduling etc is very good advice. If you are uploading content on Youtube and hope to "make it" as a Youtube star, listening closely to what those who have made it is good advice. Too bad there's no video of the panel.

As a side note most of those involved will probably be going to VidCon 2011 in July so you may get a chance to bend the ear of a successful youtuber. I've read that iJustine, Wheezy Waiter, Shane Dawson, Charlie McDonnell (aka Charlieissocoollike) and tons more will be attending and giving speeches.

PhillyD Pimps Out Matty In Vegas

LOL, love this. If you haven't seen Philip DeFranco's latest videos one of the things he's doing is trying to set up one of the guys in his office with a lovely girl on the Internet. The guy is Matt (everyone calls him Matty) and he is the editor at DeFranco Studios and he seems nice enough. There's been quite a response according to what Phil has been saying so the guys load up the car and head to Las Vegas. First, here's the video where Phil sorta "cyber-pimps" Matty out.

Lol Matt is like "this is a terrible idea" but he's thinkin' "Matty's gonna get some!" But he may come into work all busted up if he hooks up with a hot older lady. Maybe he should stick to around 18 to mid-to-late 20s. And a working knowledge of the Star Wars universe lol.

So I follow Phil on Twitter (@PhillyD if you don't already) and he's been tweeting updates on the "Win A Date With Matty" contest (is it a contest?) and he posted the video below of their Vegas excursion and Matty meeting up with Sarah who had submitted a video response. If you still want to grab your own piece of Matty, feel free to upload a video to Phil's channel. I think it is still Game On.



Liked seeing Phil's hot girlfriend LinzLoves who as he mentions to Matty that he sorta met over the Interwebs. I think Phil said before she was at a gathering and they just sort of went from there. So ya see Matty? Not all the women out there are crazy!

Sxephil: WikiLeaks, Ruminations On A Tubby Kevin Smith And Phil Is A Misogynist Pig?!

Just finished getting my daily fix of Phillip DeFranco and he covered some of the big news stories we need to know about. I have been following the WikiLeaks story since it broke and it does seem that "someone" has it in for Julian Assange after he handed over information the U.S. government deemed potentially damaging to foreign relations. And now Assange is in jail without bail on a charge that may or may not have merit. Hmmm....



And as far as the Kardashian story, all I can say is why didn't the celebs just kick in some money if they believed so strongly in the charity? It is an excellent charity and deserves lots of support, but it seems Kimmy and her cohorts could have remedied the situation by simply tossing some of their own long green bills behind the charity rather than coaxing a rich pharma-dude into parting with his money.

I agree Kevin Smith needs to re-assess. Smith is all kinds of awesome, he makes funny stuff (not always but more than most) and when I found out he likes hockey, that made the man golden - I'm Canadian so if you are original AND funny AND share and share my affection for the best sport in the world. He does unfortunately cheer for the New Jersey Devils and on the Canadian side has an unhealthy appreciation for the show Degrassi but you have to overlook some character flaws and foibles to make the relationship work. Phil DeFranco Explains Why He Posts Hot Girls On PhillyD.tv

Phil must get a lot of comments from women complaining about some of the pictures he puts up over at his blog (PhillyD.tv for the uninitiated) and they say he must hate women because of the pictures he puts up. Here's Phil explaining:



Hey, I have no problem with the pictures he puts up. Sure some are gratuitous, and just steamy, hot, barely dressed... hot... oh, sorry, I was distracted there. All I can say is if you don't like the pictures - don't look at them. There is a lot worse posted all over the Internet that I (and you) should have a problem with rather than some cheesy pictures of pretty girls, wearing... hot, girls...

Phil's girlfriend, the lovely LinzLoves (check out her channel) is okay with it, and seems to trust him, so maybe you should MYOB. If you don't like it, don't look at the pictures. With all the stuff online, getting wound up about these shots is just counter-productive.

As far as Phil girlfriend, Linz, she's been uploading videos on her channel about her trip to Italy and I was going to post something about her trip, so expect something in the next few days (or just go to her channel and watch all her videos).

Sxephil Discusses The Death Of Kim Kardashian And Tweeting To God

What? You didn't hear about Kim Kardashian's death? Well watch the latest edition of the Philip DeFranco Show and find out.



okay, so my future ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian is not dead after all, she and a bunch of other celebs are logging off Twitter and other social networks beginning December 1, 2010 to support the World AIDS Day charity work of Alicia Keys, a global Ambassador for the Keep a Child Alive charity.

And in case you didn't know, World Aids Day is also Phil's birthday, so send him some birthday love on Wednesday. I know that Phil reads this blog from time to time (for real, so Hey Phil!) My birthday doesn't fall on such a momentous day as Phil's, mine is in September and all I get is for a holiday is Yom Kippur and that actor/alleged wife killer Robert Blake shares the same birthday as me (yea). My birthday wish for Phil is of course, a very inappropriate patdown on his next flight by a busty asian TSA guard.

And being a Canadian (yes, a horrid affliction, but we all have our crosses to bear), I am willing to overlook the Thanksgiving slam because of Phil pointing out that Canadian actor Leslie Neilsen had passed on. Little known fact, Neilsen's older brother Erik was Canada's Deputy Prime Minister in the 1980s-90s. He was so notoriously secretive the media dubbed him "Old Velcro Lips" (it's true!). But Leslie Neilsen will be missed. I still quote his "and don't call me Shirley!" line all the time.

Phil DeFranco Discusses Justin Bieber Winning The AMAs And "Half-Head Guy"

Not surprisingly (or maybe it was), Justin Bieber took home the bulk of the trophies at the recent American Music Awards and Philip DeFranco has some words about it. Also, he needs to reassure his viewer named "Steve" about his mom.



Best line: "I'm going to hell because the first thing I thought was 'Oh look, another young boy talking about Michael Jackson behind a stand.'"

And yes, Taylor Swift looked quite fetching. I may have to re-assess my rule about country singers. That dude with the mis-shapen head deserves some kind of pass. I sorta shuttered seeing it and was glad that Phil didn't show him again. If that makes me a shallow person, then hey, I'm shallow.

This is side of Philip DeFranco that we don't usually get to see: Phil interacting with the guys behind the scenes. He has done some of that in a few recent videos and in this one he attempts a serious discussion with Matt (Matt the Intern?) who wants time off to see his mah.

Matt wants to skip out on work with Phil planning on heading down to Florida, but they just can't seem to get it together. I guess Matt shouldn't have skipped rehearsal. And yeah, Phil, it's the dilophosaurus, not the velociraptor, jeez! (That last sentence should be read like total Jurassic Park irate fanboy).

Fail Friday #3 With A Certain Mr Philip DeFranco

According to the viewers of last Friday's Fail Friday, the overwhelming choice was the ambulance dudes who decided to stop off on a Mickey Ds run rather than rushing to an emergency (that was my pick too by the way). Now what's Philip DeFranco have on the agenda for this week?



Always go with the crazy ex-girl friend flipping a match into buddy's car (especially after hearing the back story). The 2nd story about the guy getting tazed is although funny and unfortunate, pales in comparison to the story the first guy will be able to tell for the next 20 years "Oh, you know Amanda? Well let me tell you about Amanda..."

Has Philip DeFranco Been Abducted By Aliens?!

Or he had the most adverse reaction to lack of sleep EVER. If you are following Philip DeFranco, you may know that he was in San Francisco taking a first peek at the movie Skyline (which looks interesting) as well as various meetings. But we get a sleepy Phil to tell us the news of the day:



Okay, what the heck just happened at the end? Was Phil sucked up into a UFO? Will they do all kinds of weird (lots of sexual stuff I'm guessing)experiments on our boy? More importantly, will he be back and well-rested for the next Philip DeFranco Show?

Have to admit that was not expected. Sci-fi special effects comes to the sxephil show lol.

As far as the news, that rocket that got fired from who-knows-where, by who-knows-who should be enough to give you the shudders because the gov't apparently doesn't know what happened. Hasn't someone received a phone call yet? Something like: "um, General? One of our missles is missing..."

He did include a link to an article about it: Missing California Missile, but I think I know what it was - it was buddy and his rocket jetpack that Phil was talking about yesterday: Jet Pack WIN!!!!!. He probably made one too many loop-da-loops resulting in a faceplant 20 miles off the California coast.

DeFranco's PDS: Schwarzenegger, Dead Bunnies, And Zombies Oh My!

Yes, California's Governator, Ah-nold, probably tried the gangja at one point or another and discussed various highminded topics when he appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, but as Philip DeFranco says in today's Philip DeFranco Show, the Twitterverse is all atwitter with speculation that Schwarzenegger isn't concerned with pot.



One other point Phil brings up is that YouTube has been acting very whonky for the last little while. I am one of the people anxiously awaiting new videos from all my favorite youtubers and they are not all making it through to my dashboard. After shaking my fist and other body parts in the general direction of YouTube, I've been clicking the button in the right hand corner of the Youtube page and checking my subs and seeing what new video has popped up (I just checked and there's one from the Shaytards that isn't showing on my screen - so I'll take a look at what Shay's been up to). I shouldn't have to do this! C'mon YouTube! Get your head out of your butt and FIX this. Okay, I'm good.

Phil does say he appreciates everyone finding their way to his videos and offers another option: the Official PhillyD iPhone App, so check that out so you don't miss any PhillyD deliciousness (yech, no need to gay it up Bradshaw).

And His Korean Neighbors Ate His Bunny Rabbit

I wonder what he said that prompted them to munch on Bugs. "Hey, you can have my bunny for Easter!" or "You can have Bugs this weekend". I'm trying not to laugh thinking of a teary-eyed eight-year-old Phil plotting some diabolical revenge against the neighbors. (And Mr and Mrs Kim were never seen again).

And Phil, like just about everyone else, is salivating at the chance of playing Call of Duty: Black Ops, but he will be out of town so no COD for him. I just watched the latest CTFxC video and Charles Trippy went and stood in line with about 70-80 other diehards at midnight last night to pick up the game. I've seen clips and it LOOKS AWESOME. But, this isn't a review of Black Ops...

Haven't seen the Walking Dead show yet, although I've read about it and being in Canada we get the "No Hulu for You!" brushoff. Guess I'll have to actually watch the TV to see it. And I think I almost threw up seeing the stunt dudes perched atop that Dubai building for the Tom Cruise film.

Philip DeFranco's Ongoing OCD And Hot Miami Girls

I've been wondering about those missing clocks as well that used to be behind Philip DeFranco but are now gone. But Rebecca from Miami voiced my own concern in Phil's latest Vloggity and here's what he had to say:



I can understand about the sudden disappearance of the clocks. seeing a bunch of clocks with their times all off sorta gets my goat too, although I do see Phil being perturbed and finally snapping and going all Godzilla on them (at least that's how I picture their fate).

What I did like about the video was the little "DFTBA" floating about his head, so big nerd points for that. In case you're wondering "what the heck does DFTBA mean?", well, DFTBA is a call to action that I first noticed while watching the Vlogbrothers (Hank & John Green) who routinely exhort their Youtube viewers (called Nerdfighters) to "Don't Forget To Be Awesome" and Phil must have it on the white board just for that purpose.

But I have to go buy a bouquet of clocks to take to a lady in Miami.

Face Time With Sxephil And His Book Update

This is something a little different from Philip DeFranco, a walk and talk vlog. Usually we catch a glimpse of Phil from deep inside the DeFranco bunker jump cutting through the daily news, but it was good to see him out and about early in the day.



Yes, it was a bit odd seeing the two bars on either side of Phil's noggin, but you have to agree that it was an interesting switch from his usually vloggitys. What did he have to say today? Well, we heard that he looks to have carried on with his book idea (you can see my post about PhillyD As A Published Author?). Phil says he's now up to about 30 pages and as he always says, he's a very busy guy, so getting a few minutes to sit down and write about his life, his experiences on YouTube and elsewhere and where he plans on going in the next few years is difficult to squeeze into his schedule. I for one would like to see this book when it's published.

Phil also fills us in on how he's doing on the battle to drop some of his tonnage. He's a big guy. Everyone seems to be surprised at how tall DeFranco is when they see him either in person or in comparison to other people in videos on Youtube, but because of his ongoing health issues, Phil has to be a little careful about his weight which has been trending upwards in the mid-200s. He has been using a personal trainer for the last couple of months and looks like he has lost a few more pounds (or it could just be 2 vertical bars sammiching his face, but being awake, outside and wandering around on the beach early is definitely what he needs to be doing on a regular basis if he wants to shed the fat. It is too easy to stay inside behind a computer and get little to no exercise and the pounds start to glom on to you.

So, for his update, DeFranco lets us know that he will be doing another interview (he just did one with NewTeevee last week: Phil DeFranco Talks About His Latest Interview), he's getting in a lot of exercise and his book project seems to be a go. Phil DeFranco's Fail Friday & An iPad Giveaway?

Looks like Phil DeFranco has another "Fail Friday" and once again, the links to the 2nd video don't work. Phil mentions a blooper reel (and shows some of it at the end of the video below), but his link to the video drop you off in the middle of Facebook. Going to his Facebook page and following the link to the bloopers from there - same thing and also the same from PhillyD.tv (his website). I'd have to say THAT is a fail, Phil!



Of the two examples Phil talks about, I think the first one is the more epic fail - ambulance dudes scarfing down some Wendys or Jack In The Box and then forgetting that they were supposedly working?

I do agree that it is a fail on the part of the legal system where the 2nd guy could be charged with a crime for defending his home from burglers. He'll probably get off easily and hopefully the idiot who got thumped with "a nearby blunt item" will think twice before trying to steal from someone else's home and whining because they prevented him from doing something that's illegal.

What's This About Phil Giving Away An iPad?!

Well, while I was running around between his channel, Facebook page and his website over at PhillyD.tv, I spotted this on his Facebook page:

No further details given on his Facebook page about how or why or any terms or conditions, so if you are not yet subbed to his various channels and Facebook page, get it done so you can at least be in the running for the iPad with the million other Phil fans.
